Swim/Bike/Run Consults

Swimming consults are 1-hour lessons designed to introduce you to the sport of swimming and/or help you to improve the speed and efficiency of your stroke. All lessons are geared toward improving the swim portion of your next triathlon so focus specifically on freestyle and open water techniques. Lessons can take place in an Endless Pool or at a 25yd pool and underwater video analysis can be included.

One hour individual sessions geared toward your swimming goals.

GROUP Swim Lessons
One hour session with 2 or more people. Geared toward individual goals and the group as a whole.

Bike consults are conducted on a smart trainer and can analyze your bike fit, pedaling efficiency and power/HR data.

Run consults are conducted on the track or treadmill with video analysis. Sessions begin with an overview of running form and running drills and then several run sets are done to analyze foot strike, arm movements, and running form.
