NET Group Workout Schedule for Summer 2015
We will be continuing with our HARD group workouts. We have had great success (fun!) with them so far and I’m excited to see everyone push themselves this summer. NET will be focusing on the swim and bike on Thursdays while we work with the Piney Woods Running Club for run workouts on Tuesdays.
All NET athletes on a personalized training plan are welcome at every workout and friends are welcome to join us as well. The first session is always free to try!
