Fall/Winter Training Plans Starting Soon!
The 2013 triathlon season is nearing it’s end. Each of you had great successes this season and we want to continue your growth as an athlete during the “off-season”. NET will have several different options of training available depending on your goals for this winter.

There will be programs available for marathon, half marathon, 10K, 5K, and triathlon off-season. Custom training plans are also available for individuals. Groups will meet on (most) Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings for workouts.
